Cruisin' Arizona Event Advertising
Get More Exposure for your Car Show and Gain More Attendance at your Event!
How to Send us your "FREE" Event Information:
- Click on "Add Free Event Listing" - click on the "List Your Car Show...Free" Banner at the top of the page, fill out the Form then Click on "Send Info", at the bottom of the page, to send us the information.
Levels of "PAID" Advertising:
Advertise Your Event with Online Flyers: $25.00
Click on "Advertise Your Event" - click on the We will add your Event Flyer(s), Website Link and Email Address to your Listing. We will also add your event to our "Calendar" and "Featured Car Show List" at the top of the "Car Show" page. You can click on the "Featured Car Shows" and it will take you to the corresponding Listing.
OR
Promote Your Event with Email Advertising: $50.00
Gain even more exposure for your Event through our Email Advertising Service. We will add your Event Flyer(s), Website Link and Email Address to your Listing. We will also add your event to our "Calendar" and "Featured Car Shows list" at the top of the "Car Show" page plus we will send an Email notification, about your event, to approximately 1800 automotive enthusiasts.
Payment Methods:
I would like to Advertise my Event using PayPal!
- Select the Level of Advertising that you would prefer - either "Advertise Your Car Show" or "Promote Your Car Show" - from (see above).
- Click on "Add to Cart" below the Banner this will take you to PayPal where you can pay. After paying be sure to click on "Return to Merchant".
- You will then be taken to our "Car Show Information Form". Fill out the Form, "Attach" up to 3 files at the bottom of the Form then click on "Send Info".
I would like to Advertise my Event not using PayPal!
- Select the Level of Advertising that you would prefer (see above).
- Send us your Car Show Information and Flyers by clicking on "Car Show Form". Fill out the form, attach flyers, click on "Send Info" at the bottom.
- Send a Postal Money Order, Cashiers Check, Club Check or Personal Check to Cruisin' Arizona, P.O. Box 2923, Payson, AZ 85547-2923.
- After we receive your payment we will add your Flyer(s), Website Link and Email Address to your Listing.
Flyer and Registration Forms:
- If you are advertising your Car Show on Cruisin' Arizona and you have a flyer in .pdf, .jpg or .gif format you can attach it to the "Paid Car Show Information form" or you can send it to us by clicking on "Send Show Flyer".
- If you would like to include your Flyer and/or Registraton Forms, with your payment, we will be glad to scan them for you.
- If you have your Flyer and/or Registration Forms on a website, let us know. We can probably retrieve them from there.
Payment must be received before Flyers will be posted.
Flyers will be removed from the Cruisin' Arizona Event Listing after the advertised event is over.
Cruisin' Arizona Sponsorship
Promote your Business or Car Club by Sponsoring Cruisin' Arizona:
Cruisin' Arizona has thousands of visitors each month and it is the most used Information Source for Automotive Enthusiasts in Arizona.
Business Sponsorship:
$150.00 per year. Your provided Banner and information will appear on the "Sponsor" page of Cruisin' Arizona (the first page you see when visiting Cruisin' Arizona) plus, your Banner will be added to the next available month on the "Car Show" page, "Car Club" page or the next available day on the "Cruise Nite/Cruise-In" page. Your Banner, on the various pages, will be "Linked" to the "Sponsors" page so visitors can find out more information about your company and your Banner on the Sponsors page will be "Linked" to your Website.
When people sign up to put their paid Event on Cruisin' Arizona, we ask them if they would like to receive advertising items (Goodie Bag stuffers) such as Flyers or ? from our Sponsors. If they reply that they would like to receive these items, we send out an email to our Sponsors giving them the contact name and address so that they can send out their Advertising items to these people. Participation in this program is completely up to our Sponsors.
Car Club Sponsorship:
$100.00 per year. Your provided Club Banner will be added to the next available month on the "Car Show" page, "Car Club" page or the "Cruise Nite/Cruise-In" page and will be "Linked " to your Club Website. Your club will also receive "FREE" Car Show Flyer Insertion, Website Link and Email References for your next Car Show Listing on Cruisin' Arizona.
Banner Format and Size:
Your provided Banner will need to be in a .jpg, .gif or .swf format file. The Banner size is 468 pixels wide x 60 pixels high. Please Contact Us and we will let you know how you can send your Banner.
Payment Method:
Postal Money Order, Cashiers Check, Personal Check, Club Check or Company Check.
Full payment must be received before advertisement will be posted.
We invite ALL CAR CLUBS to do a reciprocal link exchange with Cruisin' Arizona, "FREE" of charge. This way everyone visiting the Cruisin' Arizona "Car Clubs" page can visit your site for your latest activities. If you already have a "LINK" to Cruisin' Arizona, on your website, please notify us via Email and we will add a "LINK" to your Website on our "Car Clubs" page.
